Terms of Service

1 September 2026

These terms cover your use of stanzy. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.

Using the service

You can read posts, vote and view results without an account. An account is needed to post, comment, like or follow.

You need to be at least 14 years old to hold an account.

One account per person. Do not use someone else's account or impersonate anyone.

What you post

You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. By posting it, you allow us to store it, display it in the service, and include an excerpt in the link preview when it is shared — which is what makes a shared post readable before someone opens it.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, anything that harasses or degrades a person or group, sexual content involving minors, spam, or private information about someone who has not consented to it.

Once someone has voted on your post, its choices are locked. The body can still be edited. This exists so an author cannot change what an existing vote meant.

Moderation

Anyone can report a post or comment, hide posts, and block other accounts.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.

The service as it is

stanzy is provided as it is, without warranty. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults.

Posts are the opinions of the people who wrote them. Aggregate results describe the people who voted, not the population.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
